Interestingly both these movies have got hugenumber of theaters in the city ofHyderabad where as low-budgeted straight Telugu movies hardly get 10 theaters in the capital city. Raghavendra Lawrence's Kanchana , releasing on July 15th, got more than 30 theaters in Hyderabad. Lawrence is hardly a star at Andhra Pradesh's box-office but producer Bellamkonda Suresh is aggressively pushing the movie and he's clout is clearly seen in the number of theaters he got for this dubbed movie. At one time, Vikram was considered as equal to any other big star in Telugu but after stringof flops, he is no longer 'hot star'in our local market. That is why his Nanna , also releasing on July 15th, got just 15 screens in the Hyderabad.
